Beer-roasted pork pallet

- 3,5kg pork chops with bone and rind
- 3l of lager
- Trim elements :
- 16 charlotte potatoes
- 300g of prunes
- 200g dried grape
- 250g dried apricots
- 200g dried figs
- 150g of bacon
- Miscellaneous: Olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf.
- 1In a large ovenproof dish, place all the ingredients except the potatoes. Then place the pork chops and pour the beer over them. Add the thyme and bay leaf.
- 2Place the dish in a preheated oven at 160C°. Cook for 2 hours, basting the meat from time to time. Add the potatoes and continue cooking for about 45 minutes. Check the cooking of the potatoes and the meat.
- 3Serve this family-friendly recipe in its dish. A few turns of freshly ground pepper and a few pinches of fleur de sel on the meat and garnish will liven up your dish. Enjoy!
