Cherry clafoutis
- For 8 people:
- 1400 g cherries
- 8 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- ½ Litre of milk
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C
- 2Wash, remove the stalks and pits from the cherries.
- 3In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the various sugars, salt and milk. Mix everything together.
- 4Pour in the flour a little at a time to make a thick, creamy batter.
- 5In a pie dish, place your cherries and cover them with your pastry.
- 6Put the clafoutis in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
