Discovering the Winegrowers of Puisseguin Lussac Saint-Emilion
The history of the Puisseguin Lussac Saint Emilion Winegrowers began in 1938. It was born of the desire of the winegrowers to join forces, to pool their production tools and their know-how and to create a common vinification centre. Over the years, the winery has been modernised and the pooling of resources has led to technical improvements. The installations are regularly modernised.
The working methods are more precise and modern than ever, allowing us to be efficient both in the vineyard and in the winery, while taking into account environmental issues.
Today, the Vignerons de Puisseguin Lussac Saint-Emilion work on six of the most prestigious Bordeaux appellations (Puisseguin, Lussac, Montagne, Côtes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur and Bordeaux), and represent about 150 members on a surface area of about 900 hectares.
The winegrowers of Puisseguin Lussac Saint-Emilion produce pleasant, gourmet wines which reflect their daily work and which are marketed throughout the world.

"This red wine has a beautiful, deep and brilliant colour. The nose is expressive with aromas of red fruits, vanilla and toast. On the palate, it is powerful and balanced with rather dense and supple tannins. It has a nice structure, an expressive and fresh finish that will be a good match for entrecote and chips, our local speciality in the Bordeaux area. - Winemaker of Puisseguin Lussac Saint Emilion
