Fruit soup minestrone style
A fresh dessert to be enjoyed without moderation in this heat!
- 8 peaches
- 2 branches of lavender
- 5 cl honey
- Sparkling Abatilles (sparkling water)
- 1 lemon
- 1Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- 2In a bowl, mix the lavender with 2.5 cl of honey.
- 3Spread this mixture on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
- 4Wash the peaches and cut them in half, not forgetting to remove the stone.
- 5Dice the peaches, squeeze the lemon over them and pour in the remaining honey.
- 6In a serving bowl, arrange the fruit mixture, sprinkle with sparkling Abatilles. To finish, place the caramelised lavender on top of the fruit soup. Enjoy!
