Today Cavavin offers you a match on the grill, a marinated rib of beef accompanied by the "1603" vintage of Château de Sannes.
A gourmet cuvée from the first nose. The finesse of the Grenache Noir is complemented by a spicy touch of Syrah.
The tasting reveals aromas of cherries, small wild berries and a slightly liquorice finish.
An ideal bouquet of aromas to accompany the flavours of barbecued marinated meat.
