Marinated beef
- For 4 persons :
- 4 tablespoons of salted soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 piece of beef from 1kg to 1.2kg
- 1Pour all the elements into a shaker and shake it up.
- 2In a dish, pour the marinade, place your piece of beef.
- 3Baste your beef with the marinade.
- 4Cover the dish with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- 5Cook the meat on the barbecue for 7-8 minutes per side. DO NOT PRICK THE MEAT!
- 6Turn it over with a pair of tongs or a spatula, for example.
- 7Remove the prime rib from the heat and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. Cut up and serve. Enjoy!
