Ingrédients
  • For 4 people:
  • 2 big melons
  • 1,5 glass of white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • 4 half slices of cured ham
  • Salt and pepper

  • 1Cut the melons into large wedges, remove the seeds and skin.
  • 2In a blender, blend the melon wedges with the white wine, Espelette pepper, salt and pepper until you have a smooth soup.
  • 3Pour the gazpacho into a glass and refresh yourself! Enjoy your meal!
