Melon gaspacho
- For 4 people:
- 2 big melons
- 1,5 glass of white wine
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- 4 half slices of cured ham
- Salt and pepper
- 1Cut the melons into large wedges, remove the seeds and skin.
- 2In a blender, blend the melon wedges with the white wine, Espelette pepper, salt and pepper until you have a smooth soup.
- 3Pour the gazpacho into a glass and refresh yourself! Enjoy your meal!
