Moderato, taste a newcomer to the family of wines, reduced in alcohol and committed

CAVAVIN has introduced some new products: Modérato wines.

 

What is Moderato?

 

Moderato is a new style of wine made from unique blends that are reduced in alcohol to keep all the pleasure with less impact on ourselves and on the planet.

 

Moderato is only 5% alcohol and ORGANIC.

 

But where do Moderato wines come from?

 

Moderato was born from the meeting of Fabien and Sébastien.

Fabien is passionate about developing committed brands. Sébastien, for his part, fell into the wine business when he was a child, coming from a family of Cognac wine growers.

 

 

Passionate about wine, they imagined moderato to rethink the codes by creating a unique know-how. A single objective: taste and pleasure through quality with less alcohol. A way to be at the heart of the "wine"-and-one century while reducing the impact on the planet.

 

The secret is the blending and selection of original grape varieties, vinified at maturity and delicately reduced in alcohol to create new styles of wines full of taste and balance.

 

Moderato is also looking to give the planet a break by being 100% ORGANIC, using lighter bottles and screw caps to improve the freshness and conservation of its wines.

 

A new range to be drunk chilled, perfect for an aperitif on the terrace, a light lunch in the sun or even a Sunday brunch!

Moderato Blanc 5 % Vol.

 

 

Grape varieties: Verdejo and Muscat

 

A generous balance between yellow summer fruits and a nice acidity.

 

• Appearance/colour: a pale yellow colour, slightly golden.
• In the mouth: fine notes of peach and apricot prolonged by a slightly floral touch.

 

Moderato Rosé 5 % Vol.

 

Grape varieties: Verdejo and Grenache

The sweetness of fresh, delicate spring fruit.

 

• Appearance/colour: a pale flesh colour.
  In the mouth: greedy notes of fresh red fruit.

 

 

Moderato Pétillant 5 % Vol.

 

Grape variety: Verdejo

 

A beautiful fruity / floral balance prolonged by fine bubbles.

 

• Appearance/colour: a golden yellow colour
  In the mouth: a nice roundness, fresh, fruity and thirst-quenching.
