Pasta with truffles
- For 4 persons :
- 50 grams of truffles
- 350 grams of fresh pasta
- 100 grams of liquid cream
- 40 grams of butter
- 1 shallot
- 1Peel your shallot and finally chop it.
- 2In a saucepan, fry the shallot with butter for 3 minutes.
- 3Add the cream and bring to the boil.
- 4Once boiling, add salt and continue to cook over low heat.
- 5Brush and grate the truffle using the large holes in your grater.
- 6Reserve one third of your truffle for decoration and put the rest in the cream pan.
- 7Cook your pasta, and once cooked, pour it into the pan of cream.
- 8Serve your pasta immediately and sprinkle with the remaining truffle. Enjoy your meal!
