Pasta with truffles
Ingrédients
  • For 4 persons :
  • 50 grams of truffles
  • 350 grams of fresh pasta
  • 100 grams of liquid cream
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 1 shallot
Présentation
  • 1Peel your shallot and finally chop it.
  • 2In a saucepan, fry the shallot with butter for 3 minutes.
  • 3Add the cream and bring to the boil.
  • 4Once boiling, add salt and continue to cook over low heat.
  • 5Brush and grate the truffle using the large holes in your grater.
  • 6Reserve one third of your truffle for decoration and put the rest in the cream pan.
  • 7Cook your pasta, and once cooked, pour it into the pan of cream.
  • 8Serve your pasta immediately and sprinkle with the remaining truffle. Enjoy your meal!
