Peach tart tatin
A gourmand and fruity accord perfect for the summer season!
- For 6 persons:
- 8 yellow peaches preferably
- 80 grams of butter
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1 puff pastry
- 1Carefully peel the peaches, cut them in half and remove the pits.
- 2Melt the butter and sugar in a pan while stirring.
- 3Add the peach pieces to the pan and caramelise.
- 4Place the caramelised peaches in a round cake tin on their domed side and leave to cool.
- 5Once cooled, roll out your puff pastry over the peaches and tuck the edges of the pastry inside the tin.
- 6Bake the tart for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- 7Once out of the oven, wait 10 minutes before turning out your peach tarte tatin. You can serve it with a scoop of vanilla bourbon ice cream for extra indulgence and refreshment. Enjoy!
