Ingrédients
  • For 6 persons :
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 pears (ripe)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g baking chocolate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g almond powder
Présentation
  • 1Preheat the oven to 210°C and remove the butter beforehand so that it is soft.
  • 2In a bowl, mix the soft butter, almond paste and sugar.
  • 3In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and mix them gently into the previous mixture.
  • 4Spread the puff pastry in a pie tin.
  • 5Peel and slice the pears as desired.
  • 6In a saucepan, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • 7Pour the chocolate over the tart base, pour the almond mixture over it and place your pear slices on top.
  • 8Bake in the lower part of the oven for 30 minutes at 210 °C under supervision.
