Pear and chocolate tart
- For 6 persons :
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 pears (ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 100 g baking chocolate
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g almond powder
- 1Preheat the oven to 210°C and remove the butter beforehand so that it is soft.
- 2In a bowl, mix the soft butter, almond paste and sugar.
- 3In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and mix them gently into the previous mixture.
- 4Spread the puff pastry in a pie tin.
- 5Peel and slice the pears as desired.
- 6In a saucepan, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- 7Pour the chocolate over the tart base, pour the almond mixture over it and place your pear slices on top.
- 8Bake in the lower part of the oven for 30 minutes at 210 °C under supervision.
