This is what your wine merchant is offering you with these delicious penne with 3 cheeses accompanied by the 100% Marselan vintage of the Château du Vieux Parc. This Languedoc red wine reveals a ripe nose of spices, with a hint of freshness and mint. Nice presence in the mouth, rich and full. The tannins are dense and melted. A good length on a pleasant mentholated and liquorice finish. This wine will match the strong character of the three cheeses present.
