Orecchiette with cheese (4 people)
Ingrédients
  • 400 g pasta (100 g per person)
  • 80 g gorgonzola
  • 60 g Comté cheese
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 160 ml liquid cream
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper
Présentation
  • 1Cook your pasta.
  • 2Cut all the cheeses into cubes, Gorgonzola and Comté. Grate the parmesan.
  • 3Heat the cream in a pan without boiling it. Add all the cheese cubes and mix.
  • 4Add 2 tablespoons of boiling water from your pasta. Stir again, turn off the heat once the cheeses have completely melted.
  • 5Drain your pasta.
  • 6In a special pasta plate or soup plate, add your pasta, pour the cheese sauce and add some basil leaves.
  • 7Enjoy your meal!
