Rack of lamb with gingerbread
- For 4 persons :
- 1 rack of lamb, 8 ribs
- 2 slices of gingerbread
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1Preheat your oven to 180 °C, gas mark 6.
- 2In a bowl, mix the two slices of gingerbread with the spoonful of curry powder and the two spoonfuls of oil until they form a paste.
- 3In a large baking dish, place your rack of lamb and cover it with your pastry.
- 4Put the dish in the oven for 13 minutes.
- 5Cut the chops and serve them straight from the oven. Enjoy!
