Salmon Burger
Ingrédients
For 4 persons :
4 buns
450 grams of salmon steak
4 yoghurts with cottage cheese
1 yellow lemon
Aneth
Chives
3 shallots
1 red onion
1 cucumber
Some radishes
2 avocado
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Salad of your choice
Présentation
1Cut the 4 buns in half.
2Thinly slice shallots, dill and chives.
3In a very hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cook your salmon steaks with the dill and chives.
4At the end of cooking, remove the salmon steaks from the pan and replace them with the chopped shallots. Sauté the shallots in the salmon juice, adding half a teaspoon of olive oil until they caramelise.
5Use a peeler to make cucumber slices.
6Thinly slice the red onion, radishes and avocado.
7Brown your buns in a frying pan before you start assembling your burgers.
8For the assembly, take your buns, spread a spoonful of your cottage cheese sauce on both of them.
9Add a few leaves of salad, place your salmon steak, add a few slices of cucumber, red onion, radish and a few slices of avocado. Cover the whole with the other part of the buns spread with fromage blanc sauce.
