Salmon Burger
Enjoy this delicious salmon burger! No more classic burgers, discover now such delicious and comforting variations!
- For 4 persons :
- 4 buns
- 450 grams of salmon steak
- 4 yoghurts with cottage cheese
- 1 yellow lemon
- Aneth
- Chives
- 3 shallots
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- Some radishes
- 2 avocado
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Salad of your choice
- 1Cut the 4 buns in half.
- 2Thinly slice shallots, dill and chives.
- 3In a very hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cook your salmon steaks with the dill and chives.
- 4At the end of cooking, remove the salmon steaks from the pan and replace them with the chopped shallots. Sauté the shallots in the salmon juice, adding half a teaspoon of olive oil until they caramelise.
- 5Use a peeler to make cucumber slices.
- 6Thinly slice the red onion, radishes and avocado.
- 7Brown your buns in a frying pan before you start assembling your burgers.
- 8For the assembly, take your buns, spread a spoonful of your cottage cheese sauce on both of them.
- 9Add a few leaves of salad, place your salmon steak, add a few slices of cucumber, red onion, radish and a few slices of avocado. Cover the whole with the other part of the buns spread with fromage blanc sauce.
