Strawberry and Sichuan Pepper Gin Tonic
- 5 cl Blue Octopus Gin
- 10 cl of La French tonic
- 3 Label Rouge strawberries
- Sichuan pepper
- Ice cubes
- 1Pour the Blue Octopus Gin into a tall, round glass.
- 2Add a teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns.
- 3Crush them with a pestle.
- 4Add the sliced strawberries.
- 5Pour ice cubes into the glass.
- 6Pour the La French tonic to the top of the glass.
- 7Mix with a spoon. Enjoy!
