Traditional Breton pancakes

Prepare delicious pancakes to devour with family or friends.
- 250 grams of flour
- 50 grams of semi-salted butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 10 cl of water
- 4 big fresh eggs
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1Take a salad bowl and a whisk.
- 2In a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
- 3In your salad bowl, add the ingredients: flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
- 4Pour in the milk and water gradually, beating the dough with a whisk.
- 5Add the melted butter and the 4 eggs and whisk again, taking care not to create lumps.
- 6Let your pancake batter rest for 30 to 45 minutes in a cool place.
- 7Prepare for cooking with a ladle and a frying pan.
- 8In your frying pan, pour a knob of butter then a ladle of dough until it fills the entire surface of the pan.
- 9Cook your pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side, turn them over gently with a spatula. Enjoy!
