White Spritz

Discover the variation of an emblematic cocktail... The White Spritz with Elderflower!

A very fresh, flowery flavour, ideal for summer refreshment. Fiorente liqueur is made only from wild elderflowers grown in the foothills of the Alps. On the palate, this liqueur is deliciously floral with a fresh taste of Elderflower. Fiorente is ideal for mixing in cocktails, such as the white Spritz.

Ingredients :

• 4 cl elderflower liqueur
• 6 cl Prosecco (brut) 
• 6 cl sparkling water
• Ice cubes

Implementation steps :

- Fill a glass with ice cubes.

- Pour in the Fiorente liqueur, Prosecco and sparkling water.

- Mix gently with a mixing spoon.

- You can add a lemon peel for decoration, just before serving.
