This rosé will be ideal to accompany your aperitifs, your fruit desserts (for example: strawberry tiramisu) and your ice creams.

Surprise all the moms by preparing a fruity and tasty dessert!
For 4 people, you'll need:
- A box of spoon biscuits or speculoos (your choice)
- 500 grams of strawberries
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 20 cl full cream
- 80 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 50 grams of sugar (for the syrup)
- 150 ml of water (for the syrup)
- Mint, basil (for the syrup)
Preparing syrup for your spoon biscuits
Heat 50 grams of sugar and 150 ml of water in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove the pan from the heat and add a few mint and basil leaves. Then let it cool down to infuse the preparation.
Preparation of cream and strawberries
Step one.
Clean the strawberries under water then mix half of them with a little lemon juice to obtain a coulis.
Step two.
Cut the other half of the strawberries into small cubes or strips.
Step three.
Whip the mascarpone, cream, and lemon zest until you get a thick cream, set aside in a bowl.
Step four.
Whisk the 3 eggs in a bowl with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Step five.
Add this last preparation to the preparation of the mascarpone cream.
Step six.
Dressage
Now it's time for training! Dress up your beautiful tiramisu by alternating coulis and pieces of strawberries, biscuits dipped in syrup or speculoos and cream. Repeat the operation all the way to the top of your container.
